I shared my experiences about facilitating a workshop as an Agile Coach on the last event of 2019 Agile Talks -a monthly meetup organized by Agile Turkey. First I published this post in my native language. But, since these old “normal” days lots of stuff has changed.

How my journey has begun?
I was a developer for about 10 years. I experienced becoming a Scrum Master for 2+years when I was working at Dogus Media Company as a developer. I worked as an Agile Coach for 2 years at Yemeksepeti. Now I work at Delivery Hero since October 2020.
What Agile Coach does?
Agile Coaching appeared in the last decade and it’s gradually becoming widespread. So its definition and responsibilities changing from company to company. Let me explain what I was doing Yemeksepeti.
